Well, the best laid plans of mice and men, and all that, but it seems as if the earthquake and the floods have turned the world upside down in a lot of ways. After all, Sunday is often a day of rest for most, with the exception of preachers and football players.
And I intended to rest myself, but was inspired to write on a topic by a friend of mine. So, Monday would mean a return to the regularly scheduled outline and we would continue on our path to developing a legitimate blog.
So, it‘s a peaceful, tranquil Sunday. It’s day 3 of the 30 challenge, so I’ll certainly have a blog post completed today and yet, it’s valuable to take stock of your situation, to enjoy the blessings that you do have and get some mental refreshment when you can.
And Sunday is a perfect day for that. Even more so, as we move into fall, enjoy the weather getting crisp, the leaves changing and then the end of summer and its vacation feel.

Now, of course, I could be talking about the relatively large earthquake that was centered about 70 miles away from my little town. After all, a 5.8 is capable of a great deal of damage and was certainly something we felt, and heard, at the time.
Whether you believe your week starts on Sunday or not, it’s always a great option to make it a Soaring Spirit Sunday.
Now, it’s not my place to ask about or place limits or conditions on your personal spiritual beliefs, but I’ll give what seems like a reasonable way to set up a great week, and you’re free to adjust it, ignore it or embrace it to your heart’s content.
